the comfort suites desoto dallas south was a nice place to stay. camryn at the front desk was super helpful, especially with our billing issue. the location is close to shopping and dining, making it easy to explore. the service here truly stands out!

i was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness and noise levels.

Just spent 2 nights here with my kids. The check-in lady was super sweet and made us feel so welcome! The room was nice, and breakfast was decent—loved the biscuits and gravy! Just wish the parking lot was better maintained. Overall, had a positive experience. Thanks for making us feel appreciated!

I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and the inviting pool area during my stay. The breakfast, especially the yogurt selection, was a highlight for me, although a bit more variety would be appreciated. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues around the property that could be improved.
